I send 2 installers of Lark AntiSpyware to Kaspersky Lab, and they found nothing mad.gif

I'm pretty sure it is, regardless of whether or not it's found on Cnet, it wouldn't be the first time a rogue app ended up on a legit download site. I tested Lark and it found a large number of FP's, including regedit.exe and explorer.exe, identifying them as trojans, which I can assure you they are not.

I have classified Lark Antispwyare as Rogue yesterday during testing due to absolute excessive and inexcusable amount of F/p's which act as a goad to purchase sad.gif
