i't been more than a year since i write something on this forums

i suddenly cannot start my computer in normal mode.
i can only start with safe mode, no matter what i do or what i change..
what's bad is system restore is turned off, and i can't turn it on since i cannot log with normal mode

let me tell you this first, i am novice in this matter... so if someone have any suggestions, please let me know in details.

next i'll put hijackthis log, if necessery.
