Nope, filehippo isn't Sysinternals, at least it wasn't the last time I checked .

Yeah, it's the same tool, my point was only that I'd rather have a direct link to the homepage for downloading if available rather than a site like Softpedia, FileHippo, CNET etc .

That's kinda my point, power users would have no issues downloading from Softpedia, FileHippo etc as they know how to navigate around the ads and how to avoid any downloads for rogues/semi-rogues hosted on those types of sites, it's the novices that I'm concerned with, which is why I prefer to post the downloads from their original source if possible.
