Mystery solution or trusted app? I've recently heard about a solution called sandboxie. I'm curious, is this a legit application, or need I even investigate.

Feedback is greatly appreciated.

SandBoxie is an excellent tool and often used by malware researchers themselves. Just be careful as although the majority of intections online can't get to your PC through SandBoxie, there are a few nasties out there that can leak through.

As I'm interested in this topic long-term can you point me in the direction of further information. I'm finding alot here in the forums, but I practically need to mine the data, and I understand crawling the site is prohibited. I've been reading SANS papers, but I'd liketo look at some code in a safe environment, (Idon't want to go & "find" it the hard way.)

Any ideas?

Their official forum is located here and you can also find loads of useful info and opinions as well as technical data from real world users on Wilders (a known and trusted security site) here. Not all of the info in the Wilders area I pointed to is about SandBoxie, but a lot of it is and the titles of the threads will tip you off as to which ones .
