Getting an error "Runtime error 383 Text property is read only." How can I fix this. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Please help.

# Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware using Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
# Restart your computer (very important).
# Download and run this utility. mbam-clean.exe
# It will ask to restart your computer (please allow it to).
# After the computer restarts, Temporarily disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here

Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent if you are using the paid version

Hello prairie dog.

Thanks for the help its much appreciated. I stepped through the steps you suggested but the same error. Any other ideas ?

Yes this is the free version thats available for download. I'm running it on Windows 2000. Thanks and will take a look at the FAQ and post back.
